The Corsair is on my to-buy list but its pretty hard to beat PC Power and Cooling on price.

E5200 is 45nm of E2xxx with extra 1mb cache. 4830 matches 9800GT=8800GT. I have E2180 and 8800GT before. It works fine. I made 13K on it.

It means that you will receive the CPU packaged, and it will have a manual and a HSF bundled with it.
Some vendors sell the CPU without any packaging or cooling devices. In this case, it will be called "OEM" or "bare".
