If it were me I'd swap out for a UD3P or P5Q-E and a HD4850 but that's just me

the mobo is fine, if u want to stick to dual core, look at this: cpu
its a bit pricey, but easily one of the best dual cores out there and packs a good punch

I actually like the E5200, its fantastic for the price and much faster than I need (I don't game much though). You can get an easy 3.5ghz out of it and many folks are getting 4ghz. If you need 4ghz or 4 cores then its not the one for you, but if something in the 3.5-3.8 range would make you happy you can pretty much count on that from an E5200.
