I need 3 pc's for my small coffee shop...
__________________I decided to base my build around the E5200 as it seems to be a great budget cpu. Cpu E5200 I need the following: Mobo prefer gigabyte for ease of use but open to any board under $80 and must have onboard video as no games will be played. Ram 2gb should be enough, $35 or less harddrive: less than $40 and 250gb or less Do not need now: dvd drive: decided on a samsung Case: not needed now Psu: not needed now

Honestly, there are recon OEM systems at Microcenter that are ridiculously cheap - way cheaper than I could build one, and they come with an OS. For your use, I would suggest taking a look..

Well since these aren't going to be overclocked, and they're just surfing, the AMD 7750 performs around the performance of an e7300 for $75 then you can grab a 780G with onboard, and be good.

Also I will be taking it overseas...which is the reason I didnt want to buy case or psu as they way a ton. But the recon systems is not a bad idea but i would have to leave the case and psu back at the states.

My apologies I didn't see the onboard video requirement. I'll post a new board.

I'd just go for an E1200, E5200 is overkill for just surfing.
E1200 GA-73PVM-S2H (7100 onboard) Kingston 4gb (2x2gb) DDR2800 Western Digital Caviar SE WD3200AAJS 320GB (Cheapest SATA drive, not sure you want to go with an IDE drive.)

These are very low power parts as well. The system won't use more than 100w. I would go with AMD here...
