![]() ![]() Well ive never posted a buildlog before so here goes. Sorry if i dont do this in the proper format. Mountain Mod High Efficiency Ive started off by ordering many many parts from about 6 different suppliers , so far totaling almost 2k, still waiting on mobo and ram to come in stock at newegg... Gotta have that bloodrage and mushkin ram. Very low timings for ddr3 1600 triple channel. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813186163 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820226030 I have already received everything else including but not limited too. My MM U2UFO CYO case. ![]() before i put it together. ![]() ![]() and here is one of the motherboard try rotated 180 degrees, almost everything on mountain mod cases are hypermodular. ![]() and of course my i7 920 ![]() batch # 3836B043 so hopefully its agood overclocker.

here is my custom shroud that ive built, im hoping it will be as effective as im thinking it will be.
this is how it looked before i started.. ![]() there are 3 individual 120mm shrouds but as you can see they have beveled sides and this created too much spacing in between the fan screws and would not mount to the rad so i had to cut the sides off and bond them together with this.. ![]() then i used pieces of the sides that i cut off and molded inside it for bracing and support and also to seal up any possible air flow leaks... then used some super glue and tape and made it even stronger, almost complete, so then i cut some pieces of neoprene gasket material and form fitted it around the bottom of the shroud to help seal it up even further and the complete shroud looks like this. ![]() ![]() mounted the fans on top and taped them together with some very very strong tape, looks like electrical tape but very wide and seems to be much stronger. then mounted itto the radiator and tape that together and did the exact same thing to the other side and mounted it to the front of my case, not sure if that is going to be my permanent location yet but most likely ![]() ![]() the only problem is the fan dust filters that i have i think they were only made for single 120mm case fans because the fan hole spacing is too close on the front of my case to fit the dust filters together in there, any suggestions would be much appreciated, sorry i know this isn't very detailed, but this is my first buildlog and also my first w/c setup. alot more to come stay tuned..

You might want to bolt down your case to something very heavy, with that many fans your rig might just go and fly away!!!
Haha. Why not get the EVGA Classified mobo? It's out soon from what i heard and its supposed to be damn good.

yeah there are 10 raidmax cheap fans that i got off ebay for like 30 dollars, i was going to tear them apart and use as shrouds but i built my own custom shroud out of 120mm individual shrouds which im about to post, also there are 6 deltas for push/pull on the rad, and 7 yate loons for the case.

![]() ![]() i think im going to mount the pump in that corner and the multioption res inbetween them so the loop can go straight out of the res and into the pump and out from the top ofthe pump to the rad and straight over to the cpu block , shortest route for the loop that i can think off, also i have a 1 inch hole laser cut into the top panel of my case for my delrin fill port "will have pics later on that" that will be straight above the res and another delrin port haven't decided yet for a drain hole mounted somewhere in the bottom maybe so i can drain straight out of the case without having to take any panels off. All tubing is masterkleer 7/16"id tube.
