What are you planning on using the pc for? The 4830 is a decent card, but not really on the same level as the rest of your components, unless you're not planning on gaming.

Looks good. 4830 is 110w so a solid 550w such as Corsair 550vx should be fine but get that 650tx or 750tx if you may plan CF in near future.
