Default Media center build for 42" LCD

I am moving to Europe and want to rebuild my old desktop to go as a media center/moderate gaming PC with my 42" Sharp LCD. I will need a Graphics card with a built in HDMI port that can also handle WoW in 1920x1080 with high settings. I have an Anthek case that will fit most things, an older Zalman heatsink that fits socket 775. I have an Audigy 2 zs that will work so no need for soundcard and I have hardrives and a DVD burner.

I Need:
Power supply, I figured 600W would do

Motherboard, my old Gigabyte burned/fried but ASUS didn't impress me any more.

4 Gigs Ram (64bit Linux user)

CPU

Graphics card, somewhat unsure here. Haven't followed the marked in 2 years. Wish I could find an 8800GTX with an HDMI port... I have never bought ATI, ever. Not necessarily opposed to it.

or perhaps http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102822

and I need 4 new 80mm case fans (stupid paying 6 bucks+ in shipping per fan)

Total somewhere around 500 I would hope. Under if possible.
Suggestions appreciated.

Default

Will this satisfy my desired needs, and is there a better solution to maximize price to performance? Does the step up in processor warrant an extra 50 dollars, or are my needs just as well suited with the less expensive processor. I believe Visualization technology support was the major difference in features, but I am not sure I understand what this does beyond that it appears useful to me as a multi-OS user. I am planing this build so that I can upgrade the graphics card in a year or so, and continually do so for a while. Will 600W satisfy my needs? At this point I can not see myself spending the money to do SLI or anything like that, my hardcore gaming days are over.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
