Save some money and go with the E5200, it will overclock to the same speed anyway. They have a very high multi.

Also, I wouldn't touch the ECS 650i with a 10 foot pole. Is this to replace your sig rig? In that case, keep what you got and replace the mainboard with a Gigabyte EP45 UD3P and the CPU with a E7200. If you want an SLI mainboard then I can't really make a suggestion except the EVGA 750i FTW.

Go with the Vendetta 2 instead of the Vendetta. Or the Xigmatek S1283.

OCZ SLI memory is a marketing thing anyway, it doesn't offer any advantage over other memory. Just get 1 good 2x2GB set of memory. Choose something from the G-Skill PI series, it's good stuff. 2x2GB is better then 4x1GB, less strain on the mainboards northbridge.

If you plan on overclocking ditch the ECS board and if not then ditch the aftermarket cooler it will be a waste because you won't be overclocking anything with that junk.
You can also probally find better memory for a lower or equal price on newegg.com if you go check it out look for another motherboard

go with an E5200 and use the cash you save to get a better mobo

also, buyign a generic keyboard and mouse now will allow you to invest more $$$ into your rig. to this end i say drop the fancy headphones as well, and get a better GPU. you can also use generic speakers until you get cash after the PC is built

look more into the 750i FTW if you're going to go evga/750i as well. There's a LOT more support out there in the way of the ftw board..

I've got the 750i that should be coming online this week, but I can't seem to find many others that have the vanilla variant of the board.

also, which case? the 690 nvidia? If that's so, check the coolermaster online store, you should be able to get it cheaper there in their refurbs than new...

or get the same base case and just pick up the emblems and paint it later.

also, a headset and speakers?
