Hi
__________________First time i post over here and already some questions.First off al,the setup. C2D E6550 @ 3.15Ghz atm,with a FSB of 450x7 on 1.23vcore NB voltage is stock Gigabyte P35-DS3 rev 2.1 4096Kit OCZ Gold 1066mhz Cpu cooled with Freezer 7 Pro Some questions; My NB temp idles at 40c and stressed 45c ,is this ok? My goal is to hit the 3.33Ghz ,from 2333 to 3333 would be awesome... So am i doing everything correct? thx in advance

After reading ive got it up to my goal.
__________________Its now running 3333mhz with a vcore of 1.31 and MCH +0.1v,FSB +0.1v,rams at 2.11v I'm getting a nice 15,600 sec Superpi 1M and my performance in GTAIV has gone up again. Thanks for the very useful posts !!

If you need a new board for a socket 775 and your goal is FSB anyone here will tell you to go with the Gigabyte UD3P.

Well the board just wont die..
__________________i'm having trouble with it,if i manually reset he boots twice and resets my overclock...its always the same...Cant reset or i have to setup everything... Does someone has this problem too?Or are my settings incorrect? Here are the bios settings. Quote:

Take out the power cable, remove the bios battery and short the bios jumper to reset and leave it like this for 10 mins. This will hard reset the bios.

Yep as the user said above. If it died get a GA EP45 UD3R or P. They are the best if you want to achieve a great overclock.
