Here's another for consideration.
Could get a cheaper case and swap out the RAM for what above poster had.

$60 in Mail in Rebates.

Looks like around $700 AFTER shipping with those rebates.

Your sure? A 4830 is kind of low power for $700.

Your referring to the cheaper ATI one right?

CPU: AMD 7750BE
GPU: XFX HD4890
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA790X
RAM: G.Skill PI Black 4GB DDR2-800
Case: CM Centurion 5
PSU: Corsair 650TX

$704.92

The main focus of that build is the 4890. If the build isn't meant for heavy gaming, you can always choose a different video card and use the extra money to upgrade other components.

EDIT: Just realized it's too late...I guess.

Yeah, I hope the OP looks over my list. I honestly don't think you can beat my build for the money.

This should be good and some added flexability, this mobo can run SLI and ATI gfx in cross-fire w/ a bios flash. I could do better if your going over 700, keep us posted : ) And I included an OS and no one else did? Is that some thing you need?
