Yeah, if you are going with triple 260s, you NEED x64 Vista. With three of those cards in the mix, your system would only show about 1Gb of total ram.

~3.5gb shown originally
subtract
3 x 896 (I don't care what anyone tells you, in a 32bit OS (and any OS really, but the ceiling is so much higher with x64 over x86) the GFX cards DO count toward that ram usage total!!!!)
You are left with ~900mb, yes mbs of memory.

I would venture to say Microman is suggesting the p6t6 because that mobo will give you true 3-way sli @x16 with all cards,(although it's more exspensive).Where as the evga board is x16,x8/16 and x8. And definitley go with a 64-bit OS.Also IMO 2 260's or 275's would be more than enough to suit your needs(I see you already have a 32-bit OS).And the Corsair 850w psu is a gem.

2 gtx 260 should b plenty, and maybe get a diff case, not saying the antec 1200 is bad, i just prefer the Coolermaster Cosmos and Stacker Series,
but else looks nice

PS, maybe take in consideration the Foxconn Bloodrage mobo??

Seagate 7200.12s are good, keep that, or maybe get another for RAID0 ?

Also, consider switching that motherboard for the bloodrage
