Thermal paste should be OCZ Freeze and I suggest you get a new cooler, the HDT1283 isn't very good.

wha? I though it was a pretty decent cooler for the price, seeing as xigmatek kinda came up with the whole HDT thing. lol

should of gotten the EVGA x58 classified, cost more but i think you could of taken something out for it.
