If I had $800 to spend on an upgrade here's how i would spend it.
__________________2 x Sapphire 4770 - $99.99 Each Corsair 650TX - $99.99 ($30 Mail-In) G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333 - $59.99 GA-EP45T-UD3P - $139.99 ($15 Mail-In) Q9550 - $269.99 Xigmatek S1283V "Dark Knight" - $39.99 $809.93 + shipping Hopefully the $45 in rebates makes up for being over budget. Note i only went DDR3 and EP45T because the price difference was literally $5.00. and the overhead of the DDR3 almost guarentees a decent overclock so long as you don't get a dud of a processor.

Crossfire won't scale good on every game, but will be generally faster than the GTX260 (even GTX275) Here's another review: http://www.legitreviews.com/article/966/3/ By the way the setup made by BigWooly looks very good though.
