The AS5 has cured a bit now and so I'm getting temps in the mid 70s at 1.45v 4.4GHz. If I want to OC more I'll have to bring temps down, so hoping I can get them down to mid-60s with a lap and new thermal compound.

Good luck man. I'm topped out at 4.4GHz until I can lap my CPU and reduce temps a lot. Temps are going to mid 80s at full load on water, which is too high.

You can hit 100C but that right there is boiling for water. If possible lap your proc and your water block.
