Less power requirement, wanted to reduce the running cost, sorry if that seem odd to anyone Planning to undervolt/overclocking it

i would still go for the larger size on the screen tbh. there are some great power saving screens at a higher res. You just need to look carefully

I have not see any other 22" monitors under 20 watts power usage. have you got any name of the monitors?
