OP info updated. PSU working okay confirmed by PSU tester. The CPU cooler and the case should arrive tomorrow. Finally I would be able to test it out first thing tomorrow once it arrive tomorrow. The test will be aiming at how much power it consumption during the benchmarks, temps then after will reduce the voltage, testing it with prime95, etc. Once I've found the stable low voltage, I'll try and see if I will be able to tweak/overclock abit to the level that's stable within the low voltage I'm able to get. Same will apply to the RAM, I will compare the before and after in the term of temp, power consumption and the performance. Stay tune

The CPU cooler have arrived

Problem is when finish setting it up and switch on, went into the BIOS, the temp's at 72C :S so look like a reseat is need once it cool down

The bios shows 70-80% load temp, but either way it may be misreading. Try catching the temp inside Windows with Coretemp.

Ah ok thanks, so should I risk installing Windows on it then check out temp on Coretemp?
