I explained in the OP it's not something new for me to hear. But I need all the power I can get before I go anywhere near OCing. Plus I didn't pay $1000 for it.

I'm aware of the huge disproportional price difference though.

I know...a boring installment but the Corsair Triple Channel fan arrived today along with some other small things

It's a wise step considering there's going to be six sticks in there.

Does it fit with your TRUE fan?

I was unable to get a cooler on my ram with the true fan butting up against my sticks...Pics or it didnt happen.

Ok, so the classified is dragging it's heals but I may get it this Wednesday!

It's the only thing holding me back now as the RAM and Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB showed up today

Everything has arrived today...FINALLY!

I bought an extra GTX 285 2G and this time from the UK. It's too much hassle and waiting importing....plus the warranty issue.

But when it arrived it had a backplate on!

So I bought another right away so I has two with backplates and I will likely sell the US one

The fan controller is nice. It's very simple which I like.

That's a 32GB USB key also. Handy for quickly transferring stuff.

The OCZ SSD Vertex will be perfect for the OS and programs. I won't be cramming this with useless stuff so when it slows I'll do a proper erase from time to time.

I also got the bracket to mount.

Storage is on the Samsung

Other bits arrived too like the speakers etc. But they're too boring to show.

And FINALLY!

The Classified has arrived!

The mission and wait has been mad but I wanted the true 16x16x16 for if I decide to stick to Tri-SLI now or later if I sell the 3rd card.

The only other decent one was the ASUS Rev but the layout of the PCI-Es isn't so good and this Classified board should be rock solid stable always.

I have my eye on the EK water block for this as I will be going WC later when I have recouped some saving time I'll likely buy in bits again.

Anywho....time to build this beast
