Hello guys its time for another i7 build! this however is not your avarage build! because it wont have any blue LED's sounds simple? Yea not so much everything i find is blue... No really lets move to the point:
__________________The computer will be used for 40% Gaming 40% Video encoding 20% for Watching HD content. I have what i consider a decent budget for it, $2,000 from that 400 will be taken for a HD 28" and the shiping for all the other gear. The Build so far is as follow: PS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139006 MB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131359 CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115202 MEM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231247 CASE: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...119160&Tpk=haf GPU X2: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150330 TVU: yea no idea what video card to use i want it to be able to um whats the word CATCH? HD from air? well i dont want it to be crappy looking like my last 3 tv cards, they were 100 bucks and they all looked horrible griny worse than my regular tv if anything it should look better. MONITOR: i can skip the Tv card and buy http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001281 or do buy the TVU (Still dont know which one to buy) + http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...0&Sku=H94-2801 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236033 maybe http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824254026 im leaning to the TV one that way i dont have to worry about the tv card, maybe the asus one with the webcam just because it sounds like good contrast and response time? Dont you think? Thank you for your time and effort! lets make the nicest red computer (or red glowing i can live with that) computer ever!! Screw the BLUE! (unless its on wow im a shaman dont screw the blue, blue rocks!)

I really think you should get a Corsair Power Supply compared to that CoolerMaster power supply.
Corsair 850TX Power Supply Since people are saying that 620W isn't enough, which I agree. Was just trying to keep with the colour theme... But yes, that Corsair will probably do you justice. I'm pretty noob still though. ^-^;;

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/Pu...umber=15478427 You could get the 850w power supply if you want, or maybe wait for the 750w modular thats coming out.

Ya, the 620 probably won't power it.
There is the 850TX. But it's not modular. But the 850TX from Corsair would be good, I think. ^-^;;

In the AnandTech review the 4890 beats the 280 in all the games tested. These are just reviews http://xbitlabs.com/articles/video/d...c_5.html#sect0 http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=3555&p=19 http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...0,2262-13.html As for the power supply, modular just means you can connect the cables that you need. So there is a lot less cables and better cable management. The 750w Corsair power supply will be plenty for 2 4890s.

I agree. A pair of 4890's are not only faster than the 280's but they run very very cool.
