Yeah I'd talk to Cerberus I think he will go lower so you can snag a PSU.

Wow, that's actually pretty damn good. +1 for you sir!

The only thing I'd think twice about is that PSU. Perhaps hunt around for a good deal?

well, sunbeam is not exactly HIGH quality :P but it will last some time (1 year), he will have time to get a nicer one.

on a side note, my friend has that same CPU and i got it to 3ghz with it's stock cooler, on stock voltage.

with the setup i made, he will be able to play grid on high at 1680x1050. and it will be super smooth if he OC's the CPU.

Yeah I Second That - Its A BAD GPU And That RAM Sucks...

I Don't Agree That The Windsor Kills The Budget - Your CPU Is The Most Important Part Of Your Build IMO (In Many Opinions)

The Build I Setup For Him I Still Believe Is A Better Build Overall - Yes It Lacks Graphics Punch - But It Definitly Outperforms The Others CPU And Memory Speed Wise - And Also - ASUS Makes A Much Better Board Then The Other Chosen Manufacturers.

This Is Not To Say That Your Build Isn't A Good Build - Its Good In Its Own Way - As Is Mine.
