Keep in mind anyone linking to that $35 CPU needs to add a CPU cooler as that is an OEM CPU. Also, I'm wondering how many of these builds take shipping into account as most items I've clicked on are not free shipping. Here's my recommendation:

$140 - Combo Deal (after $32 in MIR and $40 instant combo savings) including:
1) AMD X2 5200+ Brisbane 2.7GHz Retail (includes stock cooler)
2) ECS Black Series 780G Motherboard
3) Powercooler HD 3650
4) OCZ 2x2GB DDR2 800
$33 - Hitachi 80GB SATA HDD
$15 - Raidmax 380W PSU
-------
$188 Subtotal
$12 Shipping (at least to my zip code)
-------
$200 Total (after $32 MIR)

Probably about as good as you're going to get without buying used parts (which would be a good idea, check out the OCN marketplace). The 3650 is a bit weak, but it should run the game alright. I think you'll really enjoy the extra CPU speed and extra memory in your day-to-day use.

Now here's a better idea. Save an extra $100 and get this instead:

$220 - Combo Deal (after $30 MIR and $40 instant combo savings) including:
1) Intel E5200 2.5GHz Retail (includes stock cooler)
2) Gigabyte P43 Motherboard
3) XFX 9600GSO 1GB GDDR2
4) OCZ Fatal1ty 2x2GB DDR2 1066
$50 - Western Digital AAJS 320GB SATA HDD
$40 - Corsair 400CX 400W PSU (after $10 MIR)
------
$310 Subtotal
$7 Shipping (at least to my zip code)
------
$317 Total (after $40 in MIR)

This system is just all around better. Stronger video card, faster CPU clock for clock than the X2 and should overclock higher on stock volts (don't know if that ECS board in AMD system even has BIOS options for overclocking), much better motherboard, waaaaay better PSU, 4x the hard drive storage and a more reliable brand, faster/better RAM, just all around big improvement. Of course, costs $117 more so it should be. You can do a system for $200 and it will probably work, or you could build a system for $317 and have confidence and enjoy better performance. Your call, just giving you the option
