Guys if we keep suggesting upgrades for only "this much more" and what not his total price is going to keep going up and not down as he asked.

No. Go for the Rosewill 500W. They are perfectly fine performers. I am tired of everyone promoting Corsair. Their sub 750W units are not the best. They are average performers. The Rosewill costs less.
