Default i7 build, need feedback

I'm thinking of building an i7 system in a couple of weeks. Just started doing my research, so I might be a little miss informed.

So far my thoughts are...
i7 920
Foxconn Bloodrage
G.Skill 6GB DDR3 1600 (unsure of which ram I should get also thinking of ocz gold or platinum)
CORSAIR 850w or 750w
EVGA gtx 260 core 216
Xigmatek Dark Knight CPU Cooler (also unsure if there are other in similar price range that are better)
WD Caviar Black 500gb

I'd appreciate any suggestions of changes or comments (try to keep them within similar price of these items) and please try to explain why you suggest changes so i can further research them.

Thanks guys

You could go as low as a 550w Corsair unless you plan to SLI. Everything else looks good, make sure you get a D0 stepping 920
As for RAM, wait for some other advise

If you can get 850w then go for it.

dont get the bloodrage, get this EVGA X58 LE it will suit you much better. mainly, foxconn doesn't really exist anymore (dont make mobo's) so you'll have almost a next to none warranty with that bloodrage. everything looks great, hope you enjoy it

Nice Tips. The ram I was thinking of getting is actually this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231225 but that ram is the same price, so which is better?

Also is there a difference between the Caviar Black 500 and 640 besides the side?

Wow and that was a lot of good feedback quickly thanks.

Looks pretty good. You can have Corsair 650tx if you just have one gtx260 216(182w).

Get this ram, cheaper, and 7-7-7-24 timing, better than the G-SKILL.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227381

Also,

Cheap Radeon 4890s
http://www.overclock.net/online-deal...gb-165-ar.html
http://www.overclock.net/online-deal...0-1gb-pci.html
http://www.overclock.net/online-deal...0-1gb-s-t.html

If you insist on a GTX 260, heres a cheaper one. Warned, its PNY, I hear they aren't good about RMAs and stuff.
http://www.overclock.net/online-deal...ore-216-a.html

I was originally heading for GTX 260, but get the Radeon, its barely any more expensive (Might even be less), its comparable to a 275 or a 280 when overclocked.

If you pick the Radeons, go for the Asus P6T SE, its only $210, and it is basically the same as the $250 highly acclaimed Asus P6T, sans 2 SATA ports and SLI. Radeons don't use SLI (duh), and crossfire is pretty much on almost every X58 mobo.

I second the 140GB upgrade, its only 5 dollah moar.

Also, look at the Scythe Mugen 2, Blows the Xiggy out of the water, and is 4 dollah less. I heard it is harder to install, but I also hear it is way worth it, being comparable to the TRUE.

Also, look at my siggy, you can post newegg wishlists much easier.

alright well now that D3TH.GRUNT pointed out foxconn is going to be non existent, i'm a little hesitant to get the bloodrage. I'm wondering what other board someone would recommend for around 250ish that is good, and could support a possible upgrade to another gtx 260 sometime in the future.

also I haven't looked to much at cases, I'm hoping I can get a decent one for around 100 if anyone has any recommendations
