Default i7 rig.Review needed

hey guys..this is my first post and also my first rig:P ..i want it for gaming and ocing(i hope i learn doing that some time><)
so here is what im planing to use...
case:WINDTUNNEL ADVANCED BLACK(full tower)
cpu: i7 920
cpu cooler: COOLERMASTER RR-B2P-UV10-GP V10
ram: 3x1 ddr3 1333 mhz
mobo:GIGABYTE GA-EX58 EXTREME
PSU:AKASA AK-P100FG-BKEU POWERMAX 1000W or THERMALTAKE W0131 TOUGHPOWER 850W NVIDIA SLI CERTIFIED(help with that)
GPU:MSI GTX280-T2D1G SUPER OC 1GB PCI-E RETAIL or SAPPHIRE RADEON VAPOR-X HD4870 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E RETAI
so..what i need is a review of what all these would do in gaming/oc
also would i b able to oc and double/triple sli with that psu?

That looks like a nice rig. The 100w PSU should be able to take sli/crossfire as long as it has enough of the correct pins.
