For the gpu's you could get 2 of the single pcb GTX 295's once they come out. Or three GTX 285's. The Corsair HX1000 will be able to power all of those.

Also, if you have that high of a budget you could go total overkill with 6x2gb's of ram (12gb) and an EVGA classified motherboard.

I've heard things about the P6T, but I dunno.

Also don't bother with 3x crossfire, new GPUs with a completely new architecture are coming out Q4 2009. I was about to go with 2x 295s, but am going with 2x 275s instead until the new GT300s are released and selling my 275s.

Otherwise it looks good, I'm using the same PSU/Hard Drive/Processor but I'm waiting for the rest of my components to arrive on tuesday :/

If you're going to spend a decent amount on the monitor, look into the Samsung 120HZ 22" LCD, it's supposed to be sweet for gaming. Newegg didn't have any in stock when I ordered or else I would have bought it over my 27.5" Hanns-G monitor.

Do you need the 12gb of ram

Weren't you looking for a laptop anyways? Decided against it?
