When you go to Fry's check out if they have any Dark Knights or HAFs in stock. The Dark Knight was only $36 and the HAF $145 with a $15 rebate in an ad I got.

CPU+Mobo+RAM Combo: i7 920, Asus P6T Deluxe V2, OCZ Gold 6GB 1600
CASE + PSU: Cooler Master HAF 932 + Corsair 750TX Usually a $20 rebate on the power supply.
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 4890
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black WD7501AALS 750GB
DVD Burner: W/e is in stock
CPU Cooler: XIGMATEK Dark Knight-S1283V

Total: $1205 + $30 in shipping + $30 in rebates, Little over budget
The shipping is mostly from the case so picking it up at Fry's would save some money.

If you get a D0 at Fry's...
MOBO + CPU Combos:
Asus P6T Deluxe V2 + G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Asus P6T Deluxe V2 + OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

Youll save on the HAF because of shipping.

The Mugen 2 is better though.

Should I stick with the video card in my original post, or get this a EVGA 01G-P3-1280, or even a GTX270/75.

I was going to get an ATI card, but wanted to do some research before I bought it. If I dont like the GTX 275, I'll just return it.
