Here's my first build!

Step up your case to something a bit bigger like a CM 690 IMO. Step down from the CM V8 to a Xigmatek Dark Knight to cut costs. Also, you don't need a 750W PSU, so if you really need to cut costs, you can go a bit lower.
How about you get a vanilla P6T? It's almost as good as the deluxe, do you need the extra features of the deluxe? Last but not least, don't get a sound card (unless of course you have to have one). Best way to save money there.

I think its just that there at 10million "check out my i7 build and tell me what you think" threads. He probably has that post saved and just copies and pastes it, lol.
but yes juggalo23451 knows his stuff, I would deffinately reccomend what he posts about the i7's
