Change the E8400 for a Phenom II X3 720 triple core, or to save even more money, a Phenom II x2 550 Callisto; similar performance for a much lower price.
If you live in Canada, you can do much better for the price; I have a complete rig from NCIX that I just ordered yesterday which I will PM you if you'd like. I have price matches on all the items as well as special bundle deals which have not yet expired IIRC.

A 4870 would be wasted on that resolution. Either get a bigger monitor or save a few bucks and go for a 4850. At that resolution, even a 9800gtx+ would be adequate.

Yes, the Antec 300 comes with a 120mm and a 140mm tri-cool fan.
__________________He can save by getting a lower graphics card now, then upgrading when Diablo III is released (2010-12). If you can find on a 4770 will be fine, or a 4850, 4830, gts 250, 9800 gtx+, 9800gt. And he can get a 450 watt power supply, that'll power the rig fine.

It's a better deal to get a non-oem version of vista. You can't legally install it on a different machine at a later date with the oem version. With the non-oem version it can be transferred to a different machine down the line - and of course upgraded to windows 7 on whichever machine it is installed at a later date.

NCIX with Price-matching and their $10-dollar gift card free shipping deal FTW. I'll get my list and PM it to you straight away
