In that case, I'd look at backing off of the CPU a bit, maybe even getting a dual core and bumping up the video card with the difference. WOW isn't very CPU intensive.

What resolution will your monitor support?

The rest of the build looks peachy.

For your stated purposes, you can keep your current mobo and spend 80-120 dollars on a CPU and be happy with the performance.
Go instead with this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboD...t=Combo.207755
and you can get something like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150359

The graphics on WOW won't know what hit 'em. The e7400 should OC for you decently also on either your original board or the last one you mentioned. Really the biggest difference between them was the ability to use two vid cards in crossfire. I doubt you'll need that for a while.

I think you will be very happy with an E8400 paired with the GA-EP45-UD3P.

For the GPU....

The 4850 is a great card. Second link to 4850 is for the version with a native HDMI port(no adapter needed).

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102824

You could also spend the extra $30(after MIR) for the 4870 1GB. Allowing higher resolutions and better performance than the 4850.

I also think that you could do better with your HDD/s...

WD Caviar Green
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136298

WD Caviar Black
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136320

Or maybe you could go with either RAID0(striped, performance) or RAID1(redundant/prevent data loss).
