Default Overclock my i7(help im noob:P)

u can see my system specs @ signature...
i want my cpu overclocked at 3.5-3.7 Ghz..
Id really appriciate if sb had a similar case and could give me his exact voltages out of a bloodrage!:P:P:P:P

Best advice I can give is just try upping your base clock first and leave everything else at auto settings for now.That D0 can do that speed on stock Vcore.

Anyone else?
