I'd say your build is all wrong.
You want small matx build or normal atx build? Best to go with a matx board with matx tower and atx board with atx tower. For her needs, a HD 4350 can handle HD/Blu-Ray playback perfectly, not to mention onboard Hd 3300 on 780G/790GX boards can do it as well. On the intel side, the G45 boards handle HD quite nicely. No need for 4850 unless she wants to game. @ the same price point, an overclocked e5200 + HSF does not compare to a stock Phenom X4 in multitasking power. For storage and speed, your gonna want to raid for sure. My suggestion is a 790GX board + Phenom X4 or if you wanna stick with intel, G45 board + Core 2 Quad
