i would say its your psu or ram. although most likely your psu, ive had this problem before

i tried overclocking it last week. temps never got out of line. but i did take the overclock off the day before this started

UPDATE::::
did a system restor on my computer and it ran fine for a day or so then i came home today and it started the restart thing again. i pulled everything out and interchanged it. everything seemed good til i got it down to either HD or ram. i took my ram out and put another "working" set into the mobo and it was doin the restart thing. so i thought ok HD issue. so i took my ram and put it into my other computer and it started restarting too! i took the ram out and put the "working" ram in along with my HD and it works flawlessly. so this leads me to the conclusion that not only is my ram bad but so is my mobo. so what now

yes the other comp works fine. mine is currently working fine as well. it will work fine sometimes for hours and then start the reboot cycle
