This always happens to be the question I have to ask myself, so I'll ask it here: did you plug the CPU's power cable in?

Also, did you make sure that there isn't anything in the case that could be shorting it out? I know in my case there are a few pieces of metal that jut out from the Mobo tray and come pretty close to the board, I cover them over with electrical tape.
Also, check the HSF, just incase it became loosened with the move. (doubt this is it, but check it anyway)

1.) Make sure all of your power cables are plugged in (on both ends if it's modular)
__________________2.) Make sure no metal is touching your board 3.) Clear your CMOS 4.) Use a voltmeter to check your PSU's power 5.) Reseat your RAM + Try a Memtest 6.) Run Seatools to see if the HDD is bad 7.) If all of these tests pass, try reinstalling Windows, or doing a Windows Repair One of these should be your issue.

Hmm. I wonder if it got too hot. Does the CPU cooler feel very tight and secure, as though it's welded to the motherboard?

Need a reinstall of your operating system. You can insert the disk and use the repair function so you don't lose any data.
