Thanks heaps for the comment Blank!!

I have spent sooooooo much time analyzing @ studying other peoples work to try and work out the best way to mod pcs!! (I am a strong believer in "the best way to learn is to do!" as well ) This Lancool case was the key though. The ability to hide cables is just so simple and makes me feel a bit guilty knowing that other people really have to go to heaps of effort to get a similar look

Ive been following all of the mod contests on this website and love checking out all the great ideas, but I remember the turning point for me was discovering the "Murdermod" Case on milliondollarpcs.

It was @ that point that I really wanted to get very, very serious about case modding!!

Default Hit the 27k Mark!!!

Was mucking around with a few settings with my system and Ive been able to hit the 27k 3D Vantage score!!

I have oc'd my CPU to 4ghz to hit this score!!

I really cannot wait to get my watercooling, run some really high overclocks and see what unreal performance I can get!!

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dmv=1399488

I was able to change a few settings in my bios and have gotten my CPU stable @ 4ghz (3.99Ghz = 190x21) with a petty 1.16v!! This v.core is insanely low compared to my previous settings!! (And sooooooooooooooooooooooo much lower than my *now dead* C0 values )

http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=696147

Im currently 3 hours into a stress test and will be leaving it overnight *fingers crossed*

I just bought it from the US murdermod site! The kit is a bit more expensive than buying some techflex on its own, however for a beginner, I strongly recommend you buy this kit first.

It has everything you need to get started and get a feel for sleeving !

Thanks heaps mate!!

Well I finally got my hands on a decent drill bit and was able to cut through this tough mesh + get a hole in the damn steel case .

This allowed me to install my cathode light switch right on the front panel for some easy light control

On another note: I have been trying to get used to this damn CAD3D program so I can try and design a custom front panel to go over the top of the front 140mm fan. Ive got some free time tonight so ill try and get google sketchup, a prog I saw a few of the other boys use and get a sketch up

Ive also been eyeing off the super awesome "Dremel" tool . All the adapters + ease of use should mean I will be able to get my hands on a few sheets of aluminum them cut them up myself!!

If any experienced users reading this have any tips on how to cut up some aluminium with an intricate design any advice would be much appreciated as I am very new to all of this!!

Default KOOLANCE Order is IN!

Well boys the order is in to Koolance! I did that yesterday and the order should arrive in 2 weeks!!

Here is the full shopping list!
CPU-350AC (CPU), Acrylic
2x VID-NX285N (New GTX 275, 285 1/2GB)
Pump, PMP-450S
Pump Nozzle Base for PMP-450/S, Acetal
Radiator, 3x120mm, Copper Vert
Radiator Mounting Bracket with Quick-Release

Then i got these adapters:
5x Nozzle Pair, G 1/4" Compression
2x Nozzle Pair, G 1/4" Swivel Angled
Dual VID Connector
Drain Valve
INS-FM17 Coolant Flow Meter & Adapter Board
Inline Coolant Filter

Total came to $1040. Cannot wait to get my hands on the stuff!!
EDIT: Australian $$

On additional notes, my Mimo touchscreen arrived and im so impressed with the quality of this little unit. Ill be using this little bad boy with my custom front panel . The screen is really precise and looks sick!

So getting my hands on it enabled me to finalize the CAD drawing and all I need to do now is find a good laser cutting to do my front panel here in melbourne .Ive found a store here in Vic, Aus who seem to be top notch when it comes to this stuff.

The design will cover the bottom half of the front panel illuminated by blue LED lights from behind. Hopefully it turns out like I envisioned it !! Oh wells if it doesnt GL HF!!

Sadly however, all these plans will have to get put on hold for the time being. Work is going heaps spaz and the misses and I are hitting up Daylesford for a week mid this month for a sick day spa retreat!!

Hopefully by the end of this month/start of next month ill start working on my comp again and get it finished asap!!

Thanks again to everyone who has come in and checked out my worklog and commented!!
