Sata cables (ussually the harddrives/dvd drives come with them)...besides that nothing of real importance.
IDE cables (if you are building a new system then you aren't allowed to use anything that requires IDE lol) Molex to Sata Power Cables...you're new PSU will have more than enough sata power cables.

Alright thanks again, I guess I'll give it a go! Does everything else in the list look good?

The only thing I might change would be the CPU Cooler. The sycthe mugen II is good, but for not too much more you can get the Prolimatech Megahalems for $60. It is considered the best Air Cooler out right now. The Panflo Medium Speed fan for $15 extra is a really nice fan for it (Getting a fan is not really an option...the heatsink doesn't really work without it)
Also for the ram all you list it as is "OCZ Gold"...what speed of OCZ Gold. If you are talking about the 1600mhz cas8 set for $115 after MIR, why not go with the OCZ Platinum 1600mhz cas 7 for $115 and no hassling with a rebate.. It's faster and no rebate so it's awesome.

I think you should get the GTX 275 over the 285 considering the price difference is massive while performance is pretty tightly knit between the two. I know that doesn't answer your motherboard question, but I will answer that next. I would say go for the Rampage II Extreme if you don't plan on doing 3xSLI. But if you want to do 3xSLI then go for the Classified for sure. But, if you get either of those boards I would stick with it for awhile because they are pretty expensive, as of now. But, if you are on a budget or want to get something new in awhile then stick with what you got or get a Blood Rage. Everybody say they don't want the Blood Rage because it has only 3 DIMMs, but trust me, it's totally worth the sacrifice for the price.

Alright thanks. I'll definitely go for that heatsink. Yea sorry I didn't list the speed, but I did mean 1600mhz. Yea the Platinum has better timings, so I might as well get that for same price.

Yes, I've ordered from Sidewinders many times...probablly at least 30 times and have never had a single problem. They are extremely fast shippers too (ussually I order at 3Am and it's in the mail by noon)
BTW, FirestormComputers is right that the difference between the GTX 275 and the GTX 285 isn't much except he forgot something: The GTX 275 has 896mb of GDDR3 and the GTX 285 has 1024mb of GDDR3. If you have a bigger monitor (24" 1920x1080 and up), the extra GDDR3 really kicks in. And also for the difference in price between the bloodrage and the open box, I would get the rampage.---He didn't read the thread

dont worry about the classified or rampage. those are targeted for enthusiasts that are willing to spend any amounts of money for their computers. when you see reviews, the gains wont be worth all those extras of hundreds of dollars. your build is fine as it is. although i dont like the ocz gold sticks, the price is still good for them. the ASUS board will be a good set up for you to learn some BIOS functions and about i7. if you're not LD or ADD, you'll be fine.

I'm pretty sure everyone's guided you in the right direction, your build is very similar to my current one. I'm sure you'll be happy with it

I will be getting a 24" monitor later this year/beginning of next year. Do you think the 285 will be worth it for that due to the extra memory? I just looked at a gtx 275 round up over at hardwarecanucks, and the gtx 275 FTW beat the 285 at most resolutions, (except for 2560 x xxxx.) I also might be doing sli down the road.
