Default i7 Quad-SLI build

I just ordered all the parts:

- i7 920 d0
- Asus P6T Deluxe V2
- OCZ 12GB DDR3 1600 RAM (6x2GB)
- 2x Asus GTX295
- Creative X-Fi Titanium Fatality Champion Series
- Corsair P256 SSD, 256GB for OS
- Samsung 7,200RPM 640GB HDD
- 2x Samsung 2343BW 23" screens
- Corsair HX1000W PSU
- Cooler Master Atcs840 case
- Noctua NH-U12P CPU cooler
- Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Paste
- LG Blu-ray drive

I should be seeing a nice improvement from my sig rig, yes?

Pictures of boxes and my attempts to overclock to about 3.9GHz will follow later

Also, is my e-peen large now? (j/k, not asking for flames lol)

Why did you say Quadfire when it is 2xGTX295's? Quad-SLI perhaps?

Everyone I've ever heard says to stay after from Quad-SLI and Quadfire, you aren't doing the latter as you previously stated in title though since you're using Nvidia. I would recommend if you really must have it all, to get either 3x HD4890's or 3x GTX285s. Tri-SLI and Tri-Fire scale a lot better then doing four cards.

Damn that rig is going to kick arse! My only gripe is the sound card, I would go with an Asus sound card for the price of the Champion Series. Other than that, looks good!

If you want an Asus motherboard that supports Tri-SLi and Tri-Fire, look into the Rampage II Extreme. The Asus P6T Deluxe V2 does support quad SLi though.
