The bloodrage is a great over-clocking board, mine stays pretty cool, it includes a fan and water-block.
Can I make a case suggestion?
If so look at the coolermaster 932, I loved my 1200 but the 932 is amazing.
You may not be able to do phsyx with the bloodrage.
Also the prolimatech will come with all the mounting equipment including mounting clips for the fan.

wow, that looks epic so far, you should add another 120mm fan to the top of the case though. There is space for one more.

yes ther's room for one more, but it'll block the airflow. It's not 100% free for air to flow out.. which IMO would add pressure.
