i would recommend high end air cooling as I heard they can get the same results as those H50's but at a cheaper price. I'm talking about a megahalem

Please switch out the Corsair H50 and get a Prolimatech Megahalem, pair it up with San Aces and you'll be good.

I totally agree. The Megahalem + a 38mm fan (panoflo or a San Ace) would perform better than the H50. -Check out the air cooling thread, there's loads of info.
If you want to do a WC cooling setup and want to hit over 4.0ghz then you should go all the way with various WC kits. For air cooling, all the way would be the Megatron+San Aces fans.

In Custom PC it says the H50 is better than any air cooler for the i7 :S so that's why I picked it. So air coolong is better than water?

I I tryed to do proper water coolong my house would turn into a fish bowl

The H50 isn't proper watercooling, and it will get beat by high end air. High end, properly done water on the other hand will destroy high end air.

The H50 should still get you to 4Ghz easily enough.
