Its a solid build. You can save some money looking at the combos that come with that case. What are you using this computer for?Are you doing any overclocking? You should also get 4gb of ram.

the giga p55 ud3r is perfectly fine..dunno what board you linked previously, but the giga is more than capable....my giga been keeping my cpu at 4ghz for near enough a year now with no problems

Oh and about the overclocking, I do want to overclock in the future, so that means i need a good heatsink does that mean i can only use socket LGA 1156?

Its tough to try and go budget on everything, because you end up wanting to upgrade every component. Might be better to get one or two things you know you'll keep for a while. Like Case/PSU.

PSU: Get corsair.

GPU: Get at least a 4870. XFX for double lifetime warranty.

for a heatsink?

i reckon a 775 socket cpu cooler would more than likely fit, as theres many coolers out there that can fit wide range of cpu's the distinction is usually between amd/intel coolers to be honest
