You should look at the 4850 for the GPU. It is only like 20-30 more bucks I believe, and it is way stronger.

you cannot game very well on a 9500GT. try this 9600GSO instead

consider going with AMD. they tend to have better deals for those on a budget. if you can get someone to get you a copy of the Win7 RC you can use that as an OS and save some cash.

Do not go with that 9500gt, it won't run any modern games. And it is a budget gaming rig.

Don't get the Antec Basiq Power, those PSU's are absolute trash.

Spend $10 more an get the Earthwatts combo

Also, as others suggested, you may want to look at AMD for a nicer combo package or just general cheaper price/performance.
