Lightbulb [PROJECT] Booshox

Background:
Since I don't have the funds to afford a laptop at the moment, I thought it would be a little challenge, and an interesting idea if I were to build a little dual-core Atom PC for emergency and internet usage. It'd be a fairly vanilla build if I were to do this all inside a Mini-ITX case, but since I don't have these available at the moment, I wanted to build it into a shoebox, complete with PSU and all.

Funds:
0 |||||||||||||| 15000
(Rs. 1000 / $12 increments)

Components:
1 x Metal/Plastic Lunchbox or Briefcase.
1 x Zotac ION-ITX-A Mini-ITX Motherboard
1 x Slim USB External DVD+RW drive (to squeeze into the chassis/box)
1 x Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800MHz 1GB stick
1 x Bluetooth USB Adapter
1 x 320GB 2.5" SATA HDD

To do list:
Sketchup Diagram to see if everything will fit inside the box.
Checking if the PSU can be gutted and the circuitry fitted inside the chassis in a separate compartment. Not Required ATM. Motherboard has built in power circuitry.
Designing an official logo
Finding a way to print the official logo and port names on the box

Also, can anyone think of a better name for this?
And design a minimalist but cool looking logo? (I was looking for a white background, but hey, open to ideas! )

I'm looking for a more refined, professional approach to the job.

Instead of a shoebox, make it out of a lunch box.

A professional shoebox.
Sort of a very thorough ghetto job.

Hmmm.... Gotta start looking at those.
I've got some White Acrylic Lacquer for the project, will the cheesy design not show through it if I apply a few thorough coats?
