Default Building My Own PC

Well I finally decided to upgrade from my current 4+ year old laptop. I'll be building my own pc. I'm pretty knowledgeable about this kind of stuff, buy I'm sure I could use some help/recommendations. Please take a look at what I have so far and see if there are any errors/problems with this build, compatibility issues that may arise, and if you recommend something over what I have planned.

I'll be buying most of the things from Amazon since I found that overall they are less expensive than other popular sites. Everything else I'll probably purchase from newegg.

Here it is -

Go with a 5850 instead of gtx 275, unless you need cuda.

Are there any better mobos for the 920 around that same price?

What are the differences between the two? Is the 5850 really that much of an improvement over the GTX 275?

To that end, the Core i7 920 at 3.8Ghz on the P6T Deluxe should fit the bill. You will, however, want memory capable of running at 1600MHz without exceeding 1.67v.

What about this? Like is his memory the best for this?

I would highly suggest getting that i7 920 at micro center if there is one in your area because it is only $200
