Looks fantastic. I think the TJ max is wrong for that chip though.

100 tjmax = 65nm proc

What is it mounted on? If its sitting right on the chassis the noise could be vibration on the metal. If thats the case just attach it with velcro or put a piece of foam under it.

I mounted the fans in a pull motion to the rad, Then mounted the fans to the top liek normal, So my rad is in pull and ti works great!

i dont think the DangerDen res was worth it to be honest, I should have gotten something bigger

I found out that a pin came out of the molex connector, Problem resolved with strong constant flow
