The rig in my sig was a $2,400 build this spring, I put most of it into the E759 Classified to get the 3 PCI-E slots that can simultaneously run in x16, seemed like the best way to futureproof the build. EVGA's high-end boards are the best + they look better than other brands.

I'm not into water cooling, I don't know jack ***** about it. Not much of an overclock-er to be honest, so air cooling should be sufficient...

Well, this is the time and place to learn and grow my friend. If I had a budget like yours, that would be one of the first things I'd look to do.. But the choice in the end is yours.
