I Think it might be time for me to get a huge upgrade from my "Piece of sh..." in my sig... and this is also my fist rig.
__________________Anyway, I'm into gaming (MW2, L4D, TF2, Crysis, etc.) and want to do a lot of media aswell. I am also planning on overclocking to ~3.5Ghz. So here is what I plan on getting so far with my $1700 budget (Btw, I live in the UK): ASUS P6T iX58 Mobo Antec 900 Nine Hundred Corsair 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz XMS3 Memory CL9(9-9-9-24) Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz D0 Sapphire HD 5770 1GB OCZ GameXStream 850W PSU Noctua NH-U12P Special Edition Socket 1366 Dual Fan Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 1TB Hard Drive Which comes to $1,548.67 (£927.29 incl. tax). So I was wondering if there is anything I should change before I buy all the stuff. Suggestions? Btw, I'm happy with my monitor and other stuff. Thanks!

Unless you were going to add another video card down the road im pretty sure you can use a 600 watt psu. Google psu calculator.
__________________Also, if it were me, i'd upgrade to a 5850 or 5870. My sig rig gets close but can't run Crysis or FarCry 2 on full settings... and thats with oc'd 5870 and 4.4ghz cpu. Just a comparison

Also, I do want to get 2x 5770s in XFire just for the performance or should I just get a 4870/90? Thanks

your case is kinda cramped for a 1st build i would go with a storm sniper or scout by coolermaster. for your HSf i would go with a mega or true from heatsinkfactory.com and a WD cavair black 750gb or 1TB maybe upgrade to a asus pt6d deluxe.

Anyway, thanks to the suggestions people made (and after a bit of research), this is what I've changed my build to: ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 iX58 Mobo* Coolmaster Storm Scout* Corsair 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz XMS3 Memory CL9(9-9-9-24) Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz D0 Sapphire HD 5850 1GB* OCZ Stealth XStream 600W PSU* Megahalems CPU Cooler* WD Caviar Black 750GB* (Don't actually need more) *changed This will cost me $1737 (£1034), which is a bit over my price range, but I will pay up. Anymore suggestions?

If you wanted to do CF on any cards i'd recommend a 750w psu... you might be able to get away with a 600 or 650 but make sure to hit up one of those psu calculators i mentioned earlier. Also, i agree, 2x 4890s or 2x 5850s will get you 60fps in Crysis max settings. Other than that, your build looks great!

You should get a corsair 750hx psu, a 5850, and an antec 902.
