I think thats what intel focused on with Conroe, kind of like the PM. The CPU only goes fast enough for the App/game its running.

K I ran this thing for quite sometime and this were the highest temperatures reported at full load:
 That is a heck of lot more than what AISuite was reporting though, another thing I did was touch the base of the Tuniq Tower 120 and it was not even warm, opposite of when my old Pentium D 945 @ 4.51ghz was when at that clock speed, the heat-sink was considerably warm (but not hot).
