Lately i have been seen many people compalining about their Conore's high temperature (including me ). so i wanna start a thread about Conroe Temp
ok all the Core 2 Duo owners out there please post your

cpu model (e6300,e6400,e6600...etc)/oc speed (FSB x multi) / Temperature( idle , load ) /programs (TAT, core temp, probe,..etc) / vcore / cooling / mobo

not too bad hanwiting....

sdumper had his at 71 idle under air at some point.. LOL Of course he's freezing it now at -20C or so

i am really confused now becasue different programs give different reading
TAT reads core temp
Probe reads something haha
then my questions is : the max temp 61 C on intel webpage for Conroe. is that core temp or outside??

I think that 60C is interesting for sure.. I can't ue TAT for some reason (craps out on me) but Core Temp reporst a TCaseMax of 85C... that would indicate that there is some headroom

i tried Core temp too. TAT and Core gives out the same reading
