Isn't the Core 2 Architecture just a development of the same Pentium M architecture, which was itself a development of the P6 Architecture dating to the Pentium Pro to the Pentium III-S. All the Core 2 is is another P6 processor, a better successor to the PIII-S than the Netburst CPUs ever were. What do you think about expanding your FAQ to all the P6s, 1995- .

Check MaximumPC (or was it CPU) magazine... they list launch and current prices of all retail processors.
You can find similar info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Core_2_duo

You can calculate the Multi of the 1333 Mhz. FSB processors by dividing the processor speed by 333. Example 3000 Mhz. divided by 333 = 9 multi. 2666 Mhz. divided by 333 = 8 multi and so on. Intel achieves a 1333 Mhz. bus by increasing the base mobo frequency to 333 from 266 and multiplying it by 4. Otherwise great job REP+ for you.

Crud, just edited it. I haven't even touch this thread for a while. There might be some mistakes since I was tired, didn't paid much attention to.
