that just tells me that your heatsink is not correctly mounted and touching the cpu....your temps will show high readings if you are not making good enough contact from the cpu to the heatsink...

i would really doubt that multiple monitors would show you the wrong temps.


maybe RMA time...




fyi: 1.325 is correct stock voltage for the e4300's

so you're saying to trust TAT more? and how come it says pentium M? cuz the heatsink doesnt hot. is the cpu not flat? my heatsink not on right?

TAT shows the actual digital temp from the core itself which is way hotter on the IHS surface, which is why heatsink isn't hot but core temp is high. Though 70+C in TAT will result your cpu in a throttle.

isnt the throttle the c1e? or something like that. i disabled it.

also. what is the spp --> MCP? should i leave it at 5 or lower?

what are your ram timings/speed??and you def. shouldn't need 1.425 vcore @ 2.2 Ghz.
something's holding you back you should be able to hit atleast 2.4Ghz-2.8Ghz @ stock vcore. after you get past 2.8Ghz that is when most e4300 get vcore hungry.
