lol..right now i just used clockgen and push the cpu to 2103mhz...and its still at a stable temp of 44C...but holy crap i never thought i would get an extra 600mhz total out of my cpu so far

double post... *update* 2503mhz but shortly after benckmarking and taking screen shot i got the BSOD but lucky nothing got damage seriously....


photo of the 1ghz performance gain...is there any way that i could do to make it more stable to run at those speeds?

Doubtful. You probably need more vcore or your memory just can't overclock that high or both.

No.

Set your mem to run slower in BIOS than it is right now.

Try the bench again. If it works, it was the mem. If not, you need more vcore..

thats not possible for me...i have a prebuilt laptop, i use clockgen to OC the cpu...it would be nice if i could reflash my mobo so i could got into the BIOS and modify those settings

*sighs* another double post......okay currently i have a stick of DDR 333, if i were to buy another stick work that let me have a stable system at the 2503mhz with the 166.9mhz FSB?
