Hi guys, i just got my Q6600 GO stepping. But before i get any happier than ever, i want to confirm something. The batch i got is L722A766. Anyone have any info on the overclockability of this batch of Q6600 GO?

Wow someone got 3.8GHz with their quad?
Is this normal for the G0's? I mean i know the dual core G0's can get their, but since this is a quad i figured it would only reach around 3.6. I just jumped on the bandwagon and ordered a quad for my build *you may have seen this build, i made so many thread about it yesterday lol* last night from clubIT. $288.50 for a G0, pretty nice.

I'm testing out overclocks now and trying to get the least possible voltage. So far utilizing 3.6ghz I've ran OCCT overnight for 7hrs at 1.36v under load and 1.38v at idle.
Also a note to any evga 680i users, do you notice that speedfan and voltage reporting programs reporting .2 to .3v more than what your bios is measuring?

for those asking about the 3.8 being common or not... read the thread... there are now 4 people with G0's hitting 3.8... and I read about 6 people total who posted results... one of the other two is limited by their board and the other only posted once ot twice and might be limited by other settings.... so so far it seems it very well might be that all QG0s will be able to go as high as air allows which seems to be about 3.8 - 4 in the winter
