Thats what I was thinking, but thought maybe I was just crazy. linskingdom 100+ posts and too lazy to get your own thread? I didnt think my first thread would be pissed on.
![]() Anyways am I reading my coretemp program wrong? it gives you 2 core values and a T junction value. Can somebody clarify on the Tjunction value, and if you use it to get a actual temp?

I have a e6600 and a zalman 9500 but im only clocked at 3.23ghz and 1.30 vcore idle 25c load 50c. But when i clocked it up to 3.6 and gave it 1.45vcore it loaded around 60-64c. And if i remmber right you dont subtract 15c you add it if your tjunction is 100c. If its 85c then you are ok check your temps with coretemp, tat, speedfan and see if they are all close to the same.

Someone mentioned making sure your air flow is correct - this is a good suggestion and may have something to do with the problem. Is the inside of your case warm? Maybe upgrade your fans too.
